Pawlenty said that Obama is a "champion practioner of class warfare", which makes sense if you're 12. Little to Pawlenty's little knowledge, no one can "practition" class warfare. Class warfare has always existed and will always exist in capitalism. Pawlenty goes on to utter that Obama is "fanning the flames of class envy and resentment", which is a GOOD thing. Not that I believe Obama is doing that, he's not, but how are we supposed to reach equality if the lower class agrees that they deserve less than the rich? Does Pawlenty want the poor to go "Oh, thank god we have rich people to lord over us and keep us in line. I hope they get richer"? Well, that's a stupid question. Of course he does. Pawlenty is bourgois, and thus he wants the bourgois to stay in power. It's not that that surprises me. It's the nerve he has saying it aloud. The fact that our society has made this kind of speech acceptable is detestable.
If the Queen today said "Let them eat cake" the people would support that measure whole-heartedly.
